Fire Commissioners meet on Monday

PORTLAND — The Board of Commissioners of the Portland Fire District will be holding a special meeting on Monday at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of review and audit of the Financial Books of the District for fiscal year 2020, and any other business that may arise.

Democratic Committee seeks candidates

The Brocton/Portland Democratic Committee are looking for anyone interested to run for the follow positions in the November election: Chautauqua County Legislator District 7, Portland town supervisor, town clerk, Portland Town Council, highway superintendent, tax collector and a Brocton Village Trustee position.
