Drive-through dinner set in Forestville

FORESTVILLE — A chicken and biscuit dinner — drive-through only –to benefit the Forestville food Pantry will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday April 21 at St. Rose of Lima Hall, 11 Center St. The cost is $12 and includes chicken over biscuits, salad, vegetable, apple cranberry sauce, dessert

You can call Tuesday and Wednesday at St. Rose Hall 965-2493 or Ralph 965-4228 to reserve.

February Fredonia reports noted

In the month of February, the Fredonia Fire Department had 157 total calls. Three were for fires, 116 rescue and EMS, three hazardous condition calls with no fire, eight service calls, 10 good intent calls and 17 false alarm calls.

Fredonia Police had 1,146 incidents reported, one Fredonia Central School call, 16 accidents, 43 arrests reported, 25 vehicle and traffic, 17 domestic incidents and 215 parking tickets issued.

Fredonia Justice had 27 cases closed, 21 vehicle and traffic cases, three criminal cases heard, three village ordinances with total fines and surcharges at $2,369 and parking ticket fines at $3,637 for a total of $6,006.

Roblin Steel group to resume meetings

The Roblin Steel Coffee Club will resume meeting on May 14 at 8:30 a.m. at Demetri’s in Dunkirk.
