Wild West open house Sunday

SINCLAIRVILLE — There will be a Wild West open house Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. along with tours of Wild Bill’s Old West Town, 39 Prospect St., Sinclairville. Refreshments will be served. All donations will go to fight cancer in memory of Roger Clark, who died June 5, 2021.

Cassadaga plans National Night Out activities

CASSADAGA — The first Tuesday in August is designated as “National Night Out,” a community building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.” The village of Cassadaga along with the Citizen for a Better Cassadaga will hold this fourth annual event at the Cassadaga Community Building/Fire Hall on Mill Street from 6 to 8 p.m. The New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department will be on site with numerous displays and demonstrations as well as the Cassadaga Volunteer Fire Department and local organizations about their groups and purposes. Super Duper Catering will also be available on Mill Street along with a Bounce House. There will not be any parking available on Mill Street, please use the beach or church parking areas.
