CIAO planning Christmas party on Dec. 4

CIAO has announced that the Christmas Party is a go this year! Last year’s party was canceled due to COVID, but members still donated non-perishable food to Willow Mission via drop off areas in Fredonia and Silver Creek.

This year’s party is being held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Dec. 4 at noon. Brunner’s Bayside catering will be providing a delicious meal at the cost of $19 per person, however if you are a paid member your cost is lowered to $12, with the Club absorbing the difference. Guests will pay $19. The menu will consist of: Chicken Parmesan, Breaded Pork Cutlet, Roasted Red Potatoes, Baked Ziti, Antipasti Salad and Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Salad, rolls, coffee, and tea.

All paper products are provided and as always, you are welcome to bring other beverages, if you chose. If you are so inclined, desserts are welcomed. Reservations are required and payment no later than November 27. Please make payments out to CIAO, and mail to Nance Ortolano, 10 Carol Avenue, Fredonia, NY 14063, any questions, please call Nance at 673-9177 or e-mail at nortolano@stny.rr.com.

As in the past, CIAO members are asked to bring sweet goodies to fill Christmas stockings for Willow Mission along with any non-perishable food item, please make sure the food items are not expired as they cannot accept them. Goodies would include individually wrapped packages of: cookies, chips, candy bars, and candy canes. Please don’t open any large bags of candy, as we will fill the stockings at the party.

Willow Mission always looks forward to the filled stockings to supplement their food boxes. Any questions, please call Lynda Mosher, chairperson, 934-7116.
