Westfield Planning

Board to meet

WESTFIELD – The Westfield Planning Board will be holding two additional work session meetings in May. The first is May 6 beginning at 4 p.m. and the other is May 20 at 4 p.m. These meetings are in addition to the planning board’s regular meeting scheduled for May 8 at 7:30 a.m. All meetings take place in the North Room of Eason Hall.

Pine Hill Cemetery

annual meeting set

GOWANDA – The annual meeting of Gowanda Pine Hill Cemetery will be on Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m., at the cemetery. In case of rain, it will be at the Gowanda Municipal Building, 27 East Main St. All lot owners and guests are invited to attend.

NCCF planning

grants reception

Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation is hosting a Grants Reception on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the NCCF office, 212 Lakeshore Drive West, Dunkirk. Please join us to celebrate our recent grant awardees. Attendees may come and go as they please.

Congregation plans Sunday service

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua located at 222 Temple St. in Fredonia, holds a Sunday Worship Service at 11 a.m., both at their physical location and on Zoom. For those wishing to join us virtually, please visit https://tinyurl.com/caluucnc. Click on “Worship Service” on the date you are attending and scroll down for the Zoom link. For those attending the in-person service, please follow the driveway and park in the lower lot behind the building. Handicapped parking is located between the two buildings and directly behind the second building.

The theme for May is Pluralism. On Sunday, members and friends of all ages will present a music service. In place of a sermon, there will be musical offerings.
