Auxiliary holds fine dining raffle

WESTFIELD — The Westfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary recently successfully completed a Fine Dining Raffle with the help of five Westfield restaurants.

The auxiliary purchased a $100 gift certificate to each restaurant. Each restaurant had the option of providing something additional to their gift certificate.

Auxiliary members sold raffle tickets and on June 25 met and drew the winners. They are as follows: Bark Grill, Keith Fowler; Brazill’s, Jamie Johnson; Calarco’s, Holly Button; Grace and Abe’s, Connie Bates; Parkview, Jon Northrop.

This fundraiser would not have succeeded without the support of those who purchased tickets. We thank all of you for your support. We also thank the participating restaurants for helping make this event a success.

The Auxiliary uses proceeds from all fundraising to provide items for Westfield Memorial Hospital. Recent purchases include a storage shed for hospital machinery, a wheelchair accessible scale for PT, and plants for the hospital grounds.
