Benefit dinner planned Saturday in city A chicken and biscuits dinner to benefit the Cattaraugus/Chautauqua District of the Order of the Eastern Star will be Saturday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at St. John's Church, 733 Central Ave., in Dunkirk. This fundraiser will help the organization's charitable and community service efforts. State issues update on foliage Peak foliage will arrive this weekend throughout much of the Greater Niagara and Finger Lakes regions while making its way through the Capital-Saratoga region and into the Hudson Valley, down through Orange County.
