A two-car accident at the intersection of Vineyard Drive and Route 60 a little before 3 p.m. Tuesday brought out the East Dunkirk Fire Department and New York State Police. Both vehicles apparently involved in the accident had significant front-end damage. An Alstar Ambulance was seen pulling up, though there were no apparent major injuries at the scene. Fire police directed busy midday traffic in the area.
