SINCLAIRVILLE – Two north county residents were arrested in an overnight burglary.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, investigators were notified of a burglary in progress Thursday around 12:30 a.m. on Moon Road.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit arrived on scene and located two individuals accused of stealing property.

The two subjects were identified as Derek Saxton, 43 and Donald Tolbert, 51, both of Fredonia. Both parties were taken in custody and charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

They will answer to the charges in Stockton Town Court.
