On Wednesday, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Violent Felony Warrant in Troop New York City charged Bin Shao, 56 of Flushing Queens, with five felony counts of second-degree manslaughter and five counts of felony criminally negligent homicide. Shao was transported to Genesee County Jail and arraigned on Friday, on a sealed indictment.
