Jamestown police reported Monday that officers responded to the scene at 6:08 p.m. Saturday on Falconer Street to find a man had been hit by a motor vehicle. Officers found Kendel R. At 5:11 p.m. Friday, Dunkirk Police were dispatched to a home for the recent theft of a coat. Once on scene the victim stated they and the suspect, Asabela Marrero-Pagan, got into a verbal argument.
