Driver hits parked vehicle after medical issue
OBSERVER Photo by Gib Snyder The Dunkirk Fire and Police departments responded to a motor vehicle accident around 11 a.m. Friday on Washington Avenue. Officials said it appeared the driver had a medical emergency and crashed the vehicle into a parked vehicle. The driver complained of chest pains.
