CONEWANGO — Talon L. Snyder, 22, of South Dayton was charged on Thursday following an investigation of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Bureau into a rollover accident that occurred on Feb. 10.

The reported accident took place on Route 241 in the town of Conewango. Following the accident, one occupant was reportedly seriously injured, and all occupants left the scene of the accident and went to a secondary location.

Snyder was charged with leaving the scene of a serious personal injury accident, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, failure to keep right and speed not reasonable.

He was given an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Conewango court at a later date.
