ASHVILLE — A Brocton man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop on Route 474 on Tuesday morning.

Justin T. Spicer, 39, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after being stopped by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies around 8:30. Spicer was taken into custody on a bench warrant from the City of Dunkirk Court and was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine.

He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and arraigned using the Centralized Arraignment Program.
