Ripley woman charged with larceny
RIPLEY — Saturday afternoon at about 4:27 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies took a larceny complaint in the town of Ripley.
Deputies located the suspect who was found to be Summer Howser, 24, of Ripley.
It is alleged that Howser took property from the victim without permission.
Howser was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
Howser was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
