Motorcycle strikes car on Second Street

Dunkirk police and fire officials responded to an accident on the corner of Second and Mullet Streets on Monday night. A single rider on a motorcycle hit a parked SUV. According to witnesses the rider was attempting to avoid an animal and lost control. The rider was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
