SILVER CREEK — A 29-year-old Silver Creek woman is facing charges after two children were found around 6 p.m. Monday in the middle of Routes 5 and 20.

An investigation revealed that Rickie L. Ecker had left the children unsupervised. Deputies arrested and charged Ecker with endangering the welfare of a child. She is to appear in the town of Hanover Court.
