Dunkirk Memorial American Legion Post 62 held its annual Children’s Christmas party on Sunday, Dec. 8. The event was sponsored by Unit 62 Auxiliary and SAL Squadron 62 with assistance from Dunkirk High School JROTC students. The children enjoyed many activities including crafts, games, and face painting. Pizza, hot dogs and festive desserts were served to all. Santa made a surprise visit with his elves and presented each child with a gift.
