Audubon Nature Photography Club meeting Thursday, April 14

Audubon Nature Photography Club Co-president John Brustrom reports that Falconer Public Library hosted an exhibit of members’ photos during the month of March.

The group meets next on Thursday, April 14, at 6:15 p.m., in Audubon Community Nature Center’s multipurpose room. Visitors are welcome.

Judy Whittaker, director of the Ellington Farman Library in Ellington, will have club members show their photos on a revolving basis beginning in June. Different photographers will showcase their work each month through December 2022.

The Randolph Library in Randolph will have an exhibition of members’ photography with the theme of “Summer” during the month of May. There will be a reception for the public to meet the photographers.

An ongoing list of presentations by members for the upcoming year features photo journeys and hands-on demonstrations of photography techniques.

Tuesday, April 12, \is the deadline for members to submit photos for the April members slideshow to JASPhotoClub@gmail.com. Up to three photos each per person can be submitted on the subjects of Sunrise, Sunset, and Share. Only one per person can be submitted on the subject of Help.

Face coverings are optional while inside the Nature Center building. Those who have been recently exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms are encouraged to wear a mask.
