SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on March 12 with 24 members present.

Janice Snyder opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Pauline Flitt read “The Gift of Life”, and offered a prayer for the members and the meal. The St. Patrick’s lunch included ham and cabbage, potatoes, carrots, rye bread and desserts.

The 50-50 winners were Sue Borowski, Pauline and Jan Polisoto. Winners of the door prizes were Jeanne Blakely, Annette Hoeber and Joan Militello. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Joan M., Harry Suski, Elaine Wojda, Mark Langer, Joan Suski and Jan P. Candy Weitz called bingo and winners included Janice S. (3 times), Sally Shevlin (3 times), Lorrie Newman (twice), Ginny Chesbro, Jan P., Eleanor Lemiszko, Arlene Mohart and Judy Hahn.

On Tuesday, will be the left-over ham and cabbage, along with new desserts. The Silver Creek Seniors meet every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. For information call 716-934-2170.
