Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Chautauqua CARES program held its first quarterly Strategy Table. The Strategy table is an extension of the Situation Table, which is a weekly meeting of Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Public Health, Health Systems and other community based providers to address situations of individuals that are at Acute Elevated Risk. The Strategy Table provides an opportunity for community stakeholders to review the data from the Situations and identify areas of opportunity to address gaps. Over 18 agencies were represented at the meeting last week, including representatives from the state Office of Mental Health, Law Enforcement, Public Health, Behavioral Health, Hospitals, Housing Providers, DMV and other local community providers.
