Tobacco business, mobile home park found guilty of violations

A judge has found a north county business guilty of violating a state law for selling tobacco products as well as a south county mobile home park for not submitting required water reports. A representative with NF Sparks, Inc., which is located at 105-107 Lakeshore Drive East, Dunkirk appeared before the Hon. Betsy S. Steger, the designated Chautauqua County Board of Health Hearing Officer. The business was accused of selling an illegal flavored vapor product to an individual under the age of 21.
