Jamestown man adds to list of charges

A 38-year-old Jamestown man charged Tuesday with two counts of third-degree rape and three counts of forcible touching charges has a lengthy list of charges filed against him in recent months. Suit against Jamestown Court Judges dismissed

A former Jamestown man’s court case against two City Court judges has been dismissed. State Supreme Court Justice Grace Hanlon ruled Monday after oral argument and a slew of paperwork filed by Patrick Dhondt, now of Newark, N.Y., that Dhondt’s suit against Judge George Panebianco and Judge John LaMancuso is dismissed after a motion filed by the state Attorney General’s office. Electric prices remain high in state, group says

Recent data from the Energy Information Administration and Empire Center for Public Policy show New York’s average residential electricity prices at 29.99 cents per kilowatt hour.
