Dunkirk man admits theft of COVID funds

A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to the theft of COVID funds. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Friday that Lamont Brown, 37, made the plea to U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr., which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Assistant U.S. Attorney Franz M.
