Businesses, local organizations and community leaders are teaming up to bring season five of Small Business Revolution to Fredonia. The Small Business Revolution is a series that airs on Hulu and Amazon Prime. A rally is being held at the Fredonia Opera House Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The community is encouraged to participate and help welcome representatives from the Small Business Revolution as they visit Fredonia to interview businesses in the community. If Fredonia is successful in bringing the Small Business Revolution to the community, not only will the series be filmed in Fredonia, local businesses will receive technical assistance from Deluxe Corporation along with a $500,000 investment in revitalization.

“Bringing the Small Business Revolution to Fredonia will be transformational,” stated Doug Essek, Village Trustee and Mayor Elect. “This rally is an opportunity for the community to unite and welcome our guests from the Small Business Revolution. If we are going to be successful in this effort, we need the support of Fredonia residents and our neighbors throughout Chautauqua County.”

“Our local businesses and the community as a whole is energized by this opportunity,” stated David Dengler, President of the Fredonia Community Chamber of Commerce. “We have a great team of people working together to seize this opportunity. Businesses, community leaders and organizations are working in partnership on this effort and it is really exciting.”

In addition to participating in the rally, the community can help in a lot of other ways. As part of the effort to bring the Small Business Revolution to Fredonia, community members are encouraged to be pro-active on social media platforms.
