Czekanski graduates from Army War College
Lt. Col. Adam J. Czekanski, United States Army, graduated from the United States Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in Strategic Studies on Friday
The son of Michael and Diane Czekanski and a native of the Town of Sheridan, Adam is a 1994 graduate of Silver Creek Central School, a 1998 graduate of Cornell University, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Texas. He is currently serving as the Professor of Military Science for the Niagara University Army ROTC program and is scheduled to take command of the Baltimore District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in July 2021.
The U.S. Army War College’s two-year distance education curriculum educates and develops senior military officers from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, as well as senior foreign military officers and civilian officials from a variety of federal agencies, to serve in strategic level command and staff positions worldwide.
Lt. Col. Czekanski resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Wendi, and their children Annabelle and Nicholas.
