In her role as team captain, Michele Hallmark led the Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc. Chautauqua County Walk to End Alzheimer’s and fundraising effort. In lieu of a large gathering this year, team members were encouraged to form small intimate groups and walk in their own neighborhood, park, or other location of their choosing on Saturday, Oct. 10. Overall the team raised $1,572, through on-site hospital giveaways and donation solicitation. Basket donations were received from the Brooks-TLC Radiology Department, Paul and Barb Balzer, Karol Birdsall and Moira Murphy, Hallmark Family, Picaboo.com, Richard Feinen Farms, RIT Inn & Conference Center and Sheila Walier.
