IRVING — For several months now, the former Lakeshore Hospital campus at 845 Main Road in Irving has been on the open market available for sale. The asking price: just under $2 million.

Brooks-TLC Hospital System appointed Pyramid Brokerage Co. out of Buffalo to broker the sale of the Lakeshore Hospital Campus. The campus is currently listed on the Pyramid Brokerage website. The price of the campus is listed at $1.975 million.

“Pyramid was selected following a search for commercial real estate brokers with experience in the sale or lease of health care facilities, not only with a significant local presence, but also with a national reach,” said Chris Lanski, Brooks-TLC board president. “Hospital leadership will work with Pyramid to help identify the best potential buyer and reuse of the facility.”

The 172,381 square feet campus sits on a 30.8 acre site, and what was formerly a hospital, medical offices and skilled nursing facility now sits barren at its location on routes 5 and 20. Despite being stripped clean of any adornments, the location still remains a prime site.

“Pyramid has an extensive background brokering the sale of facilities in the health care, hospitality, retail and investment sectors,” shared Richard Schechter who, along with and David Seider and John Ticco III, comprise the Pyramid team assigned to this project. “The location of the property on Routes 5 and 20 with proximity to the New York State Thruway I-90 Silver Creek exit offers a variety of reuse opportunities to add value to the Irving community.
