Unhappy home arrangements lead to charges in Silver Creek
SILVER CREEK — Four village residents have a date in court after a battle over living arrangements at a Main Street residence.
Around 1:11 p.m. Friday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies along with New York State Police responded to a report of multiple subjects fighting. As a result, multiple subjects had suffered unwanted physical contact.
Subsequently David R. Turner, 35, Emily V. Dudkowski, 25, and Raymond J. Gerspach, 19, were each charged with a count of second-degree harassment. Solana R. Anstett, 43, also of Silver Creek was charged with three counts of second-degree harassment. All parties are to be in Hanover Town Court later.
