Developers have four stores slated for the former Valu Home Center on Route 60 in Fredonia. There are two open spaces getting marketed.

The confirmed stores are Firehouse Subs, OZone Smoke Shop, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and an unnamed liquor store.

Venture Brokerage Group of Rochester, the property marketers, state in an informational flier that a 2,519-square-foot store space is still open. So is 1,904 square feet intended for warehouse usage.

A new facade for the building is set to be delivered in June, according to the flier.

Valu Home Center closed its Fredonia store, along with one in Lakewood, in 2022. The Fredonia site, address of 10376 Bennett Road, has had Halloween-themed “pop-up” stores in it but was otherwise empty since the closing.
