A complex that was planned to be a headquarters for a Jamestown developer has been sold.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from July 24-31.

During this time period, Lynn Development Inc. sold 1351 N. Main St., Jamestown, to Southern Tier Environments for Living, Inc. of Dunkirk for $325,000.

Lynn Development is a business owner, operator, and investor in the Western New York area with a mix of commercial warehouse/office spaces for rent.

In 2017, representatives with Lynn Development Inc. met with the Jamestown City Planning Commission and revealed their plans to redevelop 1351-1343 N. Main St. into the new corporate headquarters by constructing a connecting link between the two existing houses.

A Post-Journal article in August, 2019 noted that Lynn Development had done about six months worth of renovation on the property in preparation for their move.

On line their address is listed at 301 E. Second St. Suite 308, Jamestown.

A message to STEL regarding their plans for the newly acquired property was not returned.

Including the sale previously mentioned, there were seven sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:
