A bed & breakfast establishment in the town of Westfield is under new ownership.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Oct. 14-17.

During this time period, Barcelona Lakeside B&B, Inc. sold 8223 Rt. 5, Westfield to Shatobee Barcelona, LLC for $810,000. On Facebook, the new owners of Barcelona Bed and Breakfast confirmed the change, including that Nadine Graham would be serving as the new Innkeeper.

There were other business sales during this time period as well.

Bemus 16, LLC sold 3682 Rt. 430, Ellery to Chautauqua Lake Micro Suites, LLC of Ocean Springs, Miss. for $275,000. That is the location of Chautauqua Lake Motel. A sign in front of the property states that it is accepting monthly rentals.

Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association, Inc. of Celoron purchased 7 Chadakoin Parkway, Celoron for $250,000. This property appears to be located across the street from their club, which sits at 10 Chadakoin Parkway.

Tasty Innovations, LLC purchased 2061 Stillwater-Frewsburg Road, Kiantone for $132,500. This is the location of Basil & Bones Restaurant. An email to the business was not returned. The catering company continues to advertise that address as their base of operations.

Including the sales previously mentioned, there were 12 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 16 West Wind Drive, Ellery was sold for $613,000.

– 4235 Potter Road, Chautauqua town was sold for $585,000.

– 5241 West Lake Road, Pomfret was sold for $545,000.

– 4885 E. Shorewood Drive, Dunkirk town was sold for $540,000.

– 6349 Randolph Road, North Harmony was sold for $400,000.

– Ten parcels in Mina and Sherman were sold to Kidder Estates, LLC for $400,000. One parcel is on Marks Road. The other parcels are all on Kidder Road, including the following addresses: 8973, 8916, 9029, 9049, 9029 and 9141 Kidder Road.

– 928 Exchange St., Hanover was sold for $315,000.

– 111 N. Laurel Ave., Lakewood was sold for $290,000.

– 4553 Leach Hill Road, Ellington was sold for $250,000.
