A man is suing over the 2024 death of his father at the Chautauqua County garbage transfer station on Webster Road. William Bartoo was accidentally struck July 11, 2024, while depositing garbage into the pit at the county facility. He was hit by a vehicle driven by his wife, Sharon Bartoo.
