Jack E. Frost Sr.
PERRYSBURG — Jack E. Frost, of Rt. 39, passed away unexpectedly at home Wednesday, May 31, 2017 surrounded by family. Jack was 84 years old.
Born July 2, 1932 in Perrysburg, the son of Archie and Helen (Schutt) Frost.
Jack married the former Theresa Ellis on July 2, 1960. Theresa survives.
Survivors, besides his wife, include two sons, Jack E. Frost Jr. (wife Sue) of Forestville and Craig J. (wife Cathy) Frost of Gasport; grandchildren, Amber, Craig Jr., Sydney and Jack E. III; and a great- granddaughter, Kaycee. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides his parents, Jack was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Frost.
Friends may call at the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME, 44 Center St., Gowanda from 4-7 p.m. on Sa-turday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday. PLEASE USE THE CHAPEL STREET/ SCHOOL STREET ENTRANCE TO FUNERAL HOME. Parking is RESERVED FOR JACK’S CALLING HOURS ON BOTH SIDES OF CENTER ST. and in the funeral home parking lot.
A Mass of Christian Burial with full Military Honors will be celebrated Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. from St. Joseph’s RC Church, East Main St., Gowanda (please assemble at church). Interment to follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery (Vail Road), Rosenburg.
If desired, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
