Freda I. (Winchell) Tilley

Freda I. (Winchell) Tilley, 73, of Fredonia, N.Y, died unexpectedly on Monday August 15, 2017 at the WCA Hospital in Jamestown. Freda was born November 10, 1943 in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Ressie (nee Shrader) Bane. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Winchell, who died in 1980 and fourteen brothers and sisters. Freda is survived by her husband Melvin Tilley and her six children: Walter Winchell, Jr., Ronald Winchell, Jeannette(Gregory) Betts, Carin (Richard) Hall, Katy(Mark) Rivers and Mark Eppinger, a sister, Sarah Deyell, twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Calls may be made today from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home 20 Central Avenue Fredonia, N.Y., where funeral services will follow at 1 pm.
