Patrick M. Dwyer, 66, of Westfield, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018, at home.
Husband of Krista Smith Dwyer; father of Mercy Homer and Moises Munoz.
A private graveside service will be held at the family’s convenience in Cassadaga Cemetery. A memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
