Evelyn Santiago, of Dunkirk, N.Y., age 58, died Thursday September 13, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo. Evelyn was born in Queens, N.Y. to late Fernando and Julia Rosa Cepeda Santiago. She is survived by: her husband, Antioco F. Martinez; her children: Edwin Martinez, Jacqueline Martinez, Francisco (Johanna)
