Lance L. Ehrhardt

1950 in Buffalo, the son of the late Louis and Lois (Lehiam) Ehrhardt. Lance had been employed as an engineer for Conrail CSX in Buffalo. He also was the captain of the Sassafras Fishing Charters for more than 25 years. His memberships included the Chautauqua County Federation of Sportsmen’s Club Inc., Lake Erie Management Commission, Western New York Environmental, Chautauqua County Fish Advisory Board, Northern Chautauqua Conservation Club, Rushford Conservation Club (Life Member), Fredonia Beaver Club, Lakewood Rod & Gun Club, and New York Central Retirees Club. He also was Vice President of the Eastern Lake Erie Charter Boat Association.Lance was an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoyed spending time out-doors.

Survivors include his wife, Joann (Rich) Ehrhardt; one daughter, Gail (Jon) Berry of Albuquerque, NM; three sons, Paul (Michelle Bass) Markovich of Boston, NY, Keith (Kristina) Ehrhardt of Florence, KY, and Scott Ehrhardt of Buffalo; and four grandchildren.Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Court Ehrhardt. Calling hours will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Satur-day at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Pastor Molly T. Golando will officiate.
