Lorraine N. Ross

She was born May 16, 1946 in Arkwright, N.Y., daughter of the late Jacob and Neva (Erdman) Rice.

Mrs. Ross was married to John A. Ross who predeceased her in 2008.

She had worked as a transport aide for Carrier Coach and Corvis. She was a member of the Collins Conservation Club and enjoyed arts and crafts.

Mrs. Ross is survived by a son, Sean Ross of Fredonia, N.Y.; four daughters: Cindy (Ron) Lillie of Collins, N.Y., Allison (Joe Makowski) Manze of Gowanda, N.Y., Kelly (Ed) Carnall of Eden, N.Y., and Kristina (Shaun North) Ross of Collins, N.Y.; two stepdaughters: Tammy (Joe) Tomaszewski of Gowanda, N.Y., and Kimberly (Ken) Glass of Collins, N.Y.; 17 Grandchildren and six great-grand- children; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, she is predeceased by 10 brothers: Kenneth Rice, Harold, Robert and Donald Manning, Calvin, Irving, Russel, Clifton, Leo and Allison Rice; and two sisters: Mildred Ludwig and June Guilliam.

Friends may call at the Mentley Funeral Home Inc 105 East Main St., in Gowanda, N.Y., on Saturday Oct. 17, 2020 from 1-4 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m., from the funeral home.

Due to Covid-19 face masks are required and limited occupancy observed.
