Robert L. “Benny” Belcher, 91, of Westfield, N.Y., passed away Tuesday morning Jan. 26, 2021, at his daughter Nancy’s home in Lake Suzy, Fla., after a brief illness with his family at his side.
Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by the Mason Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St. Westfield when they become available.
