Kathleen Pearl Bailey

She was born June 23, 1992 in Westfield, N.Y., a daughter of Dorothy Miller Seitz and the late Dan Allen Pope.

Kat was raised and educated in Corry and graduated from Corry Area High School in 2010. She started college at Edinboro University and finished online with Phoenix University achieving a BS degree in Human Resources. After school she worked several jobs in the Corry area be-fore working at the Casino as a black jack dealer.

Kat was a Junior Fire

fighter with the Elgin Beaverdam Fire Department until she started college. She enjoyed fishing, loved poetry, artwork, the outdoors and woods, the beach and spending time with her little sister and dog, Pistol. Had you ever met her you would see a beautiful spirit.

In addition to her father, Kat was preceded in death by her step-father, Charles McCray, maternal grand-mother, Kathleen Bailey Miller; paternal grandmother, Ethel Overbeck; paternal grandfather, Donald Pope Sr.; and sister, Heather Pope.

Kat is survived by her mother, Dorothy Seitz and her husband Robert Sr. of Corry, Pa.; her companion, Matthew Fuller of Spartansburg, Pa.; husband, Dylan Bailey of Edinboro, Pa.; maternal grandfather, Larry Miller of Westfield, N.Y.; a sister, Serenity Lavelle of Corry, Pa.; half sister, Kayla Guinta; a brother, Brandon Pope of Utah; two step-brothers, Robert Seitz Jr of Union City, Pa., and Stephen Seitz and his wife Allison of Wattsburg, Pa.; and a nephew, Josiah Seitz of Wattsburg, Pa.

There will be no calling hours or services held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mead Park Association c/o City of Corry, 100 S. Center St., Corry, PA 16407.
