Robert Bartlett “Smitty” Smith, of Fredonia, formerly of 114 Catlin Ave. in Jamestown, passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023 in the Buffalo VA Hospital.
The husband of Rhonda Smith, he was a retiree of the Jamestown BPU.
