Craig K. “Duke” Thomson

Craig K. “Duke” Thomson, 70, of South Dayton, NY formerly of Silver Creek, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon Oct. 19, 2025 at his home.

He was born on June 8, 1955 in Silver Creek, NY the son of the late Archie and Vera (nee Green) Thomson. On September 7, 2014 he married the former Connie Lachut in South Dayton, NY.

Surviving is his wife, Connie Thomson of S. Dayton, NY; five siblings, Gary (Callie) Thomson of FL, Richard (Elaine) Thomson of Iowa, Dwight (Christine) Thomson of FL, Judy (John) Orr of GA and Linda (Jim) Bialaszewski of NY; also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Duke was self-employed, he ran his own company ” I Heal Homes” in Silver Creek, NY specializing in siding, soffit and windows.

In his free time, he loved riding his custom Harley motorcycle and collecting antique motorcycle toys. He enjoyed listening to Native American Music especially “Drumming”. He also was an avid reader who liked books that enriched his spirit.

Friends may call on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025 at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY from 4-7 PM, where a memorial service will follow at 7 PM.
