Richard H. “Dick” Watt, 92 of Cassadaga, passed away Nov. 4 at home. Husband of the late Lettie; father of Laura Watt and Teresa (James) Lowe; grandfather of Alison (Michael) Cone. Arrangements by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville. A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced.
