Steven Spencer
Steven Spencer, 58, of Dunkirk, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026. Born in Dunkirk on Jan. 30, 1967, he was the son of the late Harold and Anne (Thompson) Spencer.
Funeral services will be held in private at the convenience of the family.
