FORESTVILLE: Russell L. Newton, 69, of North Hill Road, Forestville, died Friday, December 27, 2024 at the Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, following a valiant battle with cancer. He was born in Jamestown on February 8, 1955, the son of the late Edgar and Althea (Harvey) Newton. He was a graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School Class of 1973 and worked as a Dimensional Metrologist for Cummins Engine in Lakewood for 29 years.
