Little Valley - Hope B. Phillips, 82, of Little Valley passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Olean Pines Nursing Home. She was born on April 27, 1942 in Franklinville, daughter of the late Albert and Ruth (Chase) Marsh. For 28 years, she worked for Cattaraugus County Real Property in assessment records, retiring as supervisor. Hope was a member of the Frewsburg American Legion’s Auxiliary, the Little Valley VFW Auxiliary, as well as the Little Valley Vol. Fire Dept. Auxiliary.
