Melanie M. D’Andrea, 70, of Dunkirk, passed away suddenly, Thursday, April 18, 2024 at home. Born on December 23, 1953 in Silver Creek, NY, the daughter of the late Bernard and Estelle (Brzyski) Winkler. Melanie’s journey in healthcare began after graduating from Dunkirk High School and pursuing her passion by attending nursing school to become a Registered Nurse. Throughout her career, she worked at various hospitals across the United States, spreading care and comfort to countless patients in various hospitals.
