Miffed by my comments regarding rampant criminal border crossings, a critic blogged, “I must have missed that Bible verse where Jesus set an example by stringing razor wire across the River Jordan.”

What do you expect the Texas governor to do when the highest authorities at the federal level sit on their duff whining for more money and fail to simply restore the effective border policies of the previous administration?

Seeing the border problem back in 2009, Barack Obama lamented, “We can’t have half a million people pouring over the border.” It’s millions now.

We’re not witnessing immigration, but an invasion in the likes of asymmetrical warfare. Our enemies implement the words of Chinese ancient war strategist Sun Tzu, “The supreme act of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” China expedites fentanyl across the border killing young Americans by leveraging Chinese gang activity in cooperation with Mexico’s crime syndicate for the production and distribution of the deadly drug. Chinese nationals streaming over the border now outnumber Mexicans entering illegally.

Other enemies slowly bleed America through criminal gang members of MS-13 and from Venezuela to create mayhem in society. They, like others, use their subjects to break through the border to do their dirty work and leech off American taxpayers in the process.

A Venezuelan here illegally bragged about scamming our welfare system. You have scores more living in 5-star hotels with room service getting free health care, phones, food and debit cards. Where is the justice in shutting down housing facilities for senior citizens to house those illegally crossing our border?

Like parasites sucking the life out of their hosts, enriched and empowered drug lords, gangs, cartels, sex traffickers and slave traders demoralize police, border patrol and patriotic taxpaying Americans. How many more Laken (not Lincoln) Rileys will die at the evil hands of an illegal (not merely undocumented) “caught and released” alien, let go for a crime in sanctuary city New York before murdering his victim?

Besides secretly flying 320,000 unvetted illegal border crossers into the US on our dime, the Biden White House gave billions more to the UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM) accelerating the flow of illegal border crossings. This is nuts and we’re being forced to fund the invasion of our own country.

Pundits on MSNBC on Super Tuesday laughed off the border crisis mocking voters for making it a No.l 1 priority for 2024. Others circulate a meme over social media almost as if to mush Jesus’ command to welcome strangers into our current out-of-control border policy. Securing borders and welcoming strangers are two distinct issues,

If the sarcastic critic insists on roping Jesus into the border debate, go back to the borders at the Garden of Eden. Secured so soundly, it made razor wire look like knitting yarn.

Entry into heaven is guarded so securely that absolutely no one gets in illegally. The legal way is graciously wide open to those who enter through the terms set by Jesus who said, “I am the way the truth and life; no one goes to the Father except through me.”

The alternative is hapless, horrendous, and hopeless. I can’t speak for Jesus about razor wire, but he said all you need to know about hell-fire. There’s no “catch and release” policy in heaven, only repent and believe will do.
