Proud tradition continues in Westfield

Editor, OBSERVER:

What a fabulous day we had in Westfield for the 30th Holly Tour! So much preparation and time goes into planning this event and we couldn’t do it without the many hands involved.

We would like to extend much thanks and appreciation to the Baran, Bronstein, and Johnson families for opening their homes to tourists. To the First Presbyterian Church, the Patterson Library, Mrs. Plum’s Art Emporium, Gale Street Studio and the musicians who entertained the tourists, thank you.

To all the Westfield Women’s Organization members who came to lend a hand, the many friends and family members who helped the homeowners, and others from the community who give their time and to the many businesses who sell tickets for us, thank you! All proceeds benefit local organizations, community youth programs and special projects.

This biennial Westfield tradition certainly brings a crowd and showcases our beautiful village! We hope all who joined us for the tour enjoyed their day and to those who were not able to join us, we hope to see you in 2019 at the 31st Holly Tour!

DIANE SCARPINE, KATHY ARCHER and KATIE THIES,

Westfield Women’s Organization
